How the state of business will be changing over the next 20 years
A claircognizant vision for intuitive women
Within the last few days I’ve had a glimpse at a vision for how the state of business will be changing. In particular, this is relevant to women, and especially intuitive women.
To me, this vision is absolutely clear and completely multidimensional, in that there are so many facets that weave in. I am perceiving historical patterns, future possibilities, the energetic dynamics of the New Earth, the rise of the divine feminine, the collective acceptance to change, and the development of the transformation industry.
I’m going to do my best to share it with you all today.
Corporations and silo-structured entities are beginning an era where they will experience the equivalent of an auto-immune disease. Challenges will occur in multiple segments of the organization and appear to be unrelated. Efforts to ‘fix and repair’ these things will not be effective when traditional approaches are used. They will experience an exodus of employees who are unwilling to remain within a culture that diminishes, dismisses and devalues any thoughts, actions or proposals that are outside of the siloed, hierarchical, competitive and profit-based processes and culture. Many corporations will double-down on cost-cutting, belt-tightening, efficiency-based and other outdated tactics in an effort to “fix” their problems. Doing so will only exacerbate the problems and create new ones." -Judith Manriquez
We are experiencing a convergence of factors that are supporting transformation to uplift our collective and individual well-being.
We will see this transformation significantly played out in outdated systems. Corporations, businesses and government entities are the largest systems that form our society and have been constructed within outdated energy frequencies that are no longer supportive or beneficial. (Another way to say that is that they have been built with patriarchal, heteronomative, misogynistic, narcissistic energies.) They will have to re-form themselves to adapt to the existing energies in order to be sustainable.
For those of you who think that business has already made significant changes: the changes that have been made have primarily been structural. They have been things like inventory, shipping, and remote work. They are nothing like what is coming.
The change that is coming will affect the core systems of businesses like leadership hierarchy, company ownership, employees as owners of authority and business drivers (think profit, efficiency and competition).
Let me break down the main elements so that you can see the cause of the dis-ease and the built-in healing or antidote:
We have been experiencing the rise of the feminine.
This means that we are experiencing:
Women are finding their voice, claiming their power and owning their worth.
The values of the feminine - collaboration, community, flexibility, empathy, harmony, and inclusion - are the leading energy available for us to work with.
Corporations and businesses were not built based on these values. Practices and processes within those organizations may give the appearance of supporting those values, but in practice, they either do not or they fall short.
Women will attempt to make change within the organization and if they are not met with support, they will be at a choice-point to leave or have it affect their health. This will be especially pronounced for intuitive, empathic and highly sensitive women because the energetic dissonance will be highly uncomfortable. They may choose to move to another organization or they will leave to work for themselves.
We are beginning to experience multi-dimensionality and quantum reality.
As intuitives, we know this to be true. Our access to information that comes in through our intuitive senses is multi-diminsional. We also know that we can alter the flow of time either, speeding it up or expanding it.
Quantum reality is simply reality that is not linear. Events and growth do not happen sequentially. We experience this reality when we do past-life or inner child work. It is also present when we experience synchronicities.
We are moving toward this becoming the norm and businesses that want to be relevant in the future will want to seek practices, processes, values and structures that support that new norm. This means that linear, hierarchical structures will have to change. They can not support the expanded growth of the new energy.
Intuitive women especially have the capacity and skills to both navigate the changes and facilitate the solutions.
Most women navigate and balance multiple competing needs. We see this in the way they juggle family demands and other complex group and community dynamics. This means that they have the capacity to attend to the well-being of the workplace across silos, knowing what is needed to advance everyone and still meet the needs of the company. They will see the interconnection of employees, services, products, vendors and company needs and map out a path to meet them all - as long as conflicting corporate practices and policies do not tie their hands. And as long as they are supported by leadership.
Intuitive women’s connection to their non-physical senses gives them the ability to move within uncertainty which makes them able to create and invent something that has not been before. This will be essential in corporate and business growth and sustainability.
Empaths will be able to be guides within organizations in multiple ways. They can offer support to employees who are feeling unsafe by reassuring them that efforts are well-intentioned (if they truly are). And they are able to give feedback to the ones making the changes on what is truly supportive to the workforce.
Different types of seers, claircognizants, and other clairs, when placed in strategic partnership with business or corporate leadership, can offer feedback and guidance on the viability of approaches being considered. They will sense or feel directions that are expansive or supportive.
Intuitive women with experience in corporate systems, who have well-developed senses, can evaluate practices and policies that pull the company away from its heart or greater collective purpose. (Yes, companies have a heart that can be identified in several ways.) They can then work to implement changes that re-align the company to its core values.
The value of the intuitive, entrepreneurial woman
Women who have left the corporate workplace to do their own work will be powerful ‘healers’ for corporations.
The women I’ve worked with that have left corporate have spent years developing themselves and their intuitive and soul connections. When you couple that with the experience of creating their own business, they have resources and connections to facilitate the change within organizations.
What they bring in will be unconventional, and will not follow logic since it will be guided by intuition, but it will create sustainability within companies.
I can see them creating new ‘neural networks’ within companies, and they will look different in each company. The change they midwife will affect leadership structure, workplace culture, the nature and role of employees and the purpose of business iteslf.
The astrology of these changes
This week we are beginning some major astrological changes that will have a great influence and effect on the transformation of corporate and business systems.
I believe that while Saturn is in Pisces we have the potential to see new psychic, metaphysical and mystic structures, inventions and innovations, that will be beneficial toward the transformation of outdated, institutionalized energy. I believe that this could also mark the beginning of the formalized legitimacy of intuitive, psychic and subtle-energy practitioners.
With the move of Pluto into Aquarius we are only just beginning the complete transformation of systems. Pluto brings about life-altering transformation. Aquarius supports soul growth and evolution individually and collectively. Aquarius also is about the people, the community, innovation, revolution, technolgy and all things entrepreneurial.
Given the changes that Pluto in Capricorn has brought about in business, I believe that Pluto in Aquarius is going to bring the change to the deeply personal level of the employee. Employees will be called to claim their power as individuals in this energy. They will look at the community of their workplace and want to create or be a part of a sustainable community that is good for the whole. This speaks to the need to re-make siloed and hierarchical systems. Those systems will not be effective in the energy of Aquarius. Pluto moving through Aquarius is a 20 year process. The sooner we all recognize this is not an optional growth point and begin to allow for the change, the better off we all will be.
The archetypal myths of the dwarf planets are effecting the collective psyche. Dwarf planets and their archetypes are beginning to be discussed and shared more broadly. Many dwarf planets have been named by ancient goddesses with profound stories of creation, growth and change. As the stories spread we begin to affect the the collective energy simply through the awareness. These goddess myths are supporting the energies I spoke to above with the divine feminine and quantum reality.
Questions for reflection
Do you offer services, energy healing, coaching or transformational support for women? If you do, in what ways does this information open up possibilities for you in your work?
Are you now self-employed but have come from a corporate background? Does this give you ideas for how to offer support or services to women leaders in corporate or to the organizations themselves?
Are you currently in corporate or structured business? Have you developed your intuitive senses? Are you in a position to introduce intuitive development and other ‘alternative’ energy work modalities or trainings into the work place? Do you have the support to understand and work with this energy to know how and when to make changes for yourself to support your wellbeing?
Are you an owner or founder of a growing company? In what ways can you re-imagine the core values you operate from? Are they based on efficient, profitability and competition? Where does the wellbeing of the human element of your business community (your employees and vendors) fall in terms of priorities? Do you believe that the only way to be profitable is to focus on money matters? Is this true?
Final words
What I share here feels so obvious to me, that I have had small twinges of questioning myself. In the past when I’ve had similar ‘visions’ and feelings of them being obvious, time showed me that I had been wrong because what I perceived was not obvious to others and what I perceived did come to pass.
If this sparked awareness for you, please drop me a comment and let me know what lit up for you.
If this feels resonant and you have visions or knowing that supplement this article, please leave me a comment with what you have to share.
If you are one of the women I reference here, please reach out. I’d like to meet you. Let’s have a virtual coffee.
I so appreciate every one of you for being on this journey with me. Big hugs!
